The NDC Collective is an exclusive membership for parents who want trusted guidance as they navigate neurodivergence over time.
Inside, you’ll get expert input, practical strategies, regular support and a confidential community of parents who understand the reality of raising a neurodivergent child.
Clear insight.
Practical support.
Ongoing guidance as your child grows and changes.
See schedule of weekly talks below.
Your neurodivergent child's needs keep changing with age.
Just as you seem to hit a sense of flow with your child, things change - levels of independence, hormones, school expectations. What your child needs at 6 may be very different from what they need at the age of 10, 13 or 16.
One season might be about emotional regulation.
Another might be school anxiety.
Then friendships.
Then routines, burnout, self esteem or identity.
Most parents are left trying to piece things together as they go.
You need support that grows with your child; a space where you can ask anything as things change and learn along the way.
That is what the NDC Collective is for.

As well as my professional experience in education, I am mum to brilliant neurodivergent children. We have it all in our house - autism, ADHD and dyslexia - so my support comes from a place of lived experience as well as my professional expertise.
Inside the NDC Collective, you’ll get:
Expert guidance
Regular teaching, insight and support from someone who understands neurodivergence, the research, the education system and the bigger picture.
A supportive community
A calm, thoughtful space with other parents who get it.
Ongoing Q&A and check-ins
So you can bring real questions, real situations and get practical help.
Resources that actually help
Useful, focused support you can come back to when you need it and even share with schools, family and friends.
A more confident way forward
Less uncertainty and second guessing. More clarity about what is going on, why and how to support from one situation to the next.
What changes when you have the right support around you?
You understand what is driving behaviour and certain challenges.
You respond with more clarity and consistency.
You stop focusing on “fixing” and start supporting what is going on underneath.
You begin to see your child differently. And over time, you build a stronger foundation for your child’s confidence.
You find your own strength and confidence in parenting again.

I have over 15 years’ experience working in education, hold a Master’s degree in Education and am a former school leader. I am also a specialist dyslexia assessor and neurodivergence expert, drawing on my years of experience in education to support neurodivergent children and their families with clarity and confidence.
I'll be honest - this is not for you if you are looking for quick fixes or behaviour hacks. This isn't about making your child fit superficial expectations that don't align with their neurotype. And it's probably not for you if you're not open to thinking differently about your child and how to support them. We go deeper...
But this most definitely IS is for you if:
You want to understand what is really driving your child’s behaviour.
You are ready to move beyond surface strategies and into deeper understanding.
You want to nurture their strengths as well as support their challenges.
You want to respond with clarity and intention, not guesswork.
You want to raise a child who feels confident, self aware and self assured in who they are.
This is about changing the narrative from what is perceived to be 'wrong' to what is very much possible for young neurodivergent minds, remembering that many of the traits making things harder in school now can be the very traits that allow them to thrive in the real world.
